This movie is very sad and disgusting and if you have a weak stomach do not watch this. It was very disturbing and hard to watch. The things that happen to that girl was so sad and horrible, I wish she survived but I'm glad her sister made it out alive but Megan and Susan both deserved so much more. Megan definitely got worse treatment but they both suffered some type of abuse. I respect the little boy who stayed by her side but holy sh*t I can't even explain how bad this movie is.
