Never. Again. The older blonde lady that cut mylittle boys hair absolutely butcheredit, made himcry, cut his neck, and was terrible tohim. She was also terribly rude tome. Ihad togo back inand get someone else tofix his hair. She was getting somad athim for asking questions about what she was doing. IfI had adollar for every eye roll and sigh she gave him Icould retire and possibly pay for her anew personality. He’s three yearsold. Comeon. Here iswhat weleft with and walked back intofix. 3rd person through door and wait time came up1hr10min. Got tobe kidding. Check via phone number instore, but need tolog inwith email and password online,why???? Why online have towait 5minutes after doors open tocheckin? Very very inefficient. Okay understand people just check inand don't show, give acall out and ifnot instore, skip once, then pull name off list. Not hard tohave rules, just all companies don't want toupset1, despite pissing off those that follow rules.

Really disappointed with the whole check inprocess. Would not have picked first available (20minute wait time) ifI would known that stylist skip you sothat they can have their current client that choose alonger wait time. Watched the ticker tick down tome being ondeck then added another 20minutes tomy wait time. Horrible way torun asalon. Will find another anew place togo from nowon.

I dont know ifits changed but Itried toget myhair cut here once and was turned away because Iwas agirl lol They said they didnt cut girl's hair. Thats soabsurd. You have alicense right? Soyou learned tocut hair ofALL genders. Ijust wanted atrim. IfI was adude with the same length hair they would ofdoneit…gross.

Was greeted atthe door.. never been toa sports clips before.. she asked ifwe had booked online but wedidnot. Traveling for afuneral not familiar with area atall. Then she walkedoff.. didn't explain the check inprocess orthat weneeded tocheck inon the computer. Just left and asked were wedone yet and Iwas like what amI supposed todo? She didn't explain anything.. the employees need tolearn not everyone islocal and not everyone knows thier procedures.

I have been going toget myhaircut here for 5years and today when Icame Iwas treated rudely and sounprofessional. The girl refused tocut myhair because she was frustrated with some hair gel and would not even attempt tocomb itout even after myencouragingher. She was angry and refused meservice. Then accused meof harassment. Another stylist came out and said she couldn’t cut itshe was off but had clearly been inthe back for awhile and noone else would cut myhair. This placeis horribly run and extremely rude. Iwill never gothere again.… – show
