They did a great job of assessing the problem with our system that had been installed by them, but for a different owner and out of warranty. Another vendor that assessed the problem suggested a few full system replacement options all over $5K. Joe with RS Andrews made a simple repair and charged nothing! We will definitely consider them for all of our future HVAC needs.

Desmond performed the recommended Spring maintenance on my HVAC system. He was courteous, knowledgeable and very thorough. I discovered I had a post service issue with the unit and reported it immediately. There was some miscommunication with getting a tech scheduled to come out to assess the issue but, the matter was finally resolved and I'm please with the outcome. I've always had nothing but great service from RS Andrews and hope to continue this relationship.

RS Andrew is a reliable company with professional and honest technicians. Josh S had another visit to complete the maintenance checkup for my heat pump. He took the time to answer all of my questions and explained issues in manner I could understand. Knoweledgeable and courteous employee. I appreciate text from the company letting you know when the tech is on their way and a picture verification. Call RS Andrew for any of your HVAC needs an get the maintenance plan.

We had a pipe leak in our basem*nt. Response was quick with the technician coming the next day. The issue was diagnosed and is in the process of being repaired.

Water heater purchase and replacement and brought up to code as my house was built in 1995 and I’ve lived there since 1998 as the original owner.My technician, Neil , worked hard and was very professional . He answered all my questions and helped me understand the workings of a hot water heater. I would recommend RSAndrews as I had a previous experience with the company which demonstrated their compassionate involvement in helping a person (my precious daughter with 3 kids) struggling with a critical brain tumor by partnering with a local radio station. I thank God every night for them.

First of all R S Andrews was able to schedule us in the next day, that was great. We had plumbing work done. Neil called beforehand to let us know he was on the way. He assessed the situation, gave me a price, did the work, and was respectful of keeping the area clean. Total was same as the quote. He worked smart. Thanks Neil.

I was told by one technician to purchase my own Ecobee after the nest stopped working. I purchased and set up install. They sent a different technician who said the ecobee was faulty. Still charged $99 for a service call and told me the faulty ecobee was a common occurrence. Total scam of a company. I’m a week later with no working air and $198 poorer.

I would like to say how impressed I was with Bill and Jarred and their professionalism and how informative and courteous they were for it was a pleasure to meet them. They arrived early worked hard and completed the job in a very timely manner. Cleaned up and left a very Aesthetically pleasing finished project. I will definitely use RS Andrew for my future plumbing needs.

Teyon with RS Andrews was very professional. He went about diagnosing the problem in a very methodical and detailed manner. He was the third technician we had try to correct our problem and the only one who was able to fix the issue. Great job 👍👍👍👍👍

David repaired 2 showers and an outside faucet, installed 2 bathroom sink faucets, and replaced a bathroom sink. David did a great job on everything we asked for. His quote, work and time frame to complete the work were executed professionally and met our expectations. Will definitely use them again and recommend David and RS Andrews to our friends and family. I scheduled another repair to replace my refrigerator water line and install faucet in one more bathroom. They did a great, professional job.

Technician came from Rs Andrews told me that capacitor needs to be changed. So original service fee was $100 and on top of that he said capacitor price is $275, so in total i have to pay $375. I just did my research and found capacitor costs only ~$25. So they are charging more than 10 times for the parts. I felt I am being robbed here and i didn't use the service. Just wanted to mention the technician did his job but it absolutely not fair to charge 10 times more for the parts.

I had an issue with my furnace short cycling. Sean arrived exactly on time. Sean was professional and courteous. He solved the problem very quickly. I was skeptical about hiring a larger “we do it all” type company. But Sean did such a good job. I would call RS again. Thank you, Sean!

The install was a complete furnace and AC unit. From the estimate to the install everything was done as promised and timely. There was initially some confusion regarding my thermostat but that was resolved and taken care of. Update 11/18/22 Chris is great! He's been here before and is very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to diagnose an issue we've had and is working to resolve it 11/28 Chris is still great they are still finding issues and resolving them as quickly as possible. 5/9/23 Bill and his son came to move a gas line for a new stove. This was done quickly, properly and they were both professional. Nice job

Bruno did a great job of explaining the condition of my heating and cooling system. He let me know what should be done soon, and what should be a part of regular maintenance to extend the life of my investment. He answered all of my questions (without being in a hurry to leave).

Just this pass week; due to the sweltering temp & storm my HVAC stopped working - RS Andrews really holds true to their slogan “How Can We Make You Smile”. I was able to get an appointment the very next day; really wasn’t expecting that! Thankfully the issue was minor & the cost was very reasonable. Have been a customer for 5+ years .

They replaced my hot water heater and pressure valve. The work is very neatly done and they replaced my shut off valves from old screw types to a lever - it makes it easy to figure out how to turn the water off in a hurry. Mr Creel was very professional, well mannered, very nice. He was able to answer all my questions clearly. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

R S Andrews always shows up on time and takes care of the issue. Today they had a simple fix, but after 2 hours my air still wasn’t cooling so Sean was back in 30 mins and didn’t leave until it was working.

RS Andrews provided quick and thorough service. We asked Ben to look at several potential issues (two sinks, 1 shower) and they advised that only 1 of them needed servicing at this time. Ben was able to pick up the part and complete the work quickly, and gave us advice on when to call if we experience further issues with the items.

The electrician Harold Lyon was AWESOME! He was earlier than expected.. discovered the issue quickly and was very patient in finding the part needed to fix it! And the pricing was appropriate. So often we’ve been taken with unimaginable fees. We will definitely be calling back for any electrical needs in the future.

We used RS to handle annual service on our water heater. Taylor was the epitome of a professional, taking the time to talk us through the process, particularly when it was discovered the expansion tank needed to be replaced. Very impressed with this gentleman's service and how well he represented RS. We'll be sticking with RS for future plumping needs moving forward.

Josh Brown was prompt and courteous. He quickly performed the HVAC spring system inspection and tune up. RS Andrews is always easy to work with.

Loren had to cut out a five foot section of drywall and repaired our broken pipe and also installed a “shut off valve” so if need be in the future we can partially shut off that area of pipe and not have to shut off the water supply to the entire house.He was very professional, courteous and explained the process well.

DJ Perry was very nice and professional. Everything seems to be working properly when he finished the repair.

He tried to set the York new thermostat, which we could not program. He also had difficulty with setting the York brand and reinstalled another brand, Honeywell. York brand was very complicated but seemed to do alot but too difficult to program, even for the attendant. He really tried! Was very nice.

Living in a 1927 3rd floor condo presented quite the challenge to remedy my clogged condensation drain. LUIS went above and beyond and demonstrated amazing knowledge and expertise as well as a beautiful spirit. I feel fortunate that he came to help me. FYI, if you are lucky enough to get him, he likes crystals and orchids. I gave him one of my amethyst crystals. He is amazing!

Updated for systems tuneup. Still happy w rs Andrews. Tech was super thorough and helpful. Technicians are very professional, courteous, and timely. They know the equipment well. The techs were also mindful of wearing pandemic masks and booties while in the house. Had two systems installed that were a hit on the wallet but 9 months later I am pleased with significant savings on my utility bills.

I had a water heater installed on 5 Oct 2022. The whole process was very easy. The technician, Taylor Allen, was on time. He was very professional and explained what he was doing every step of the way. After installation he explained the things I should do that can extend the life of the new water heater (such as draining the tank every two years and replacing the thermal expansion tank every four years). Overall I was very pleased with the job.

Teyon was wonderful! We lucked out with a cancellation so we didn’t have to pay the emergency fee or have a repairman show up between 7-8pm! He quickly diagnosed the problem, and was great at explaining what needed to be done. Very happy customer. A/C was working beautifully by the time Teyon left.

My tank capacity was almost DOUBLED from my old 30 gallon to a gorgeous 50 gallon with some beautiful new copper piping. It's a shame it's hidden in a mechanical closet. Sunday of a Holiday weekend and our main drain blocked backing water up through the toilet and causing a small flood in the basem*nt! Paul from RS Andrews was brilliant. Arrived when promised and worked quickly to identify then solve our problem. Offered additional advice to help maintain our system. Very happy he was able to help us!!

Today the did an electrical job. Did a good job. I have used this company before for plumbing problems and a new water heater installation. I was very pleased with the work every time. Will continue to use them.

The technician was knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. He then checked my electrical panel to make sure everything was working properly.

Before booking this service, I asked the person on the phone several time what the charge would be for the service. She told me $99 multiple times. When the plumber arrived, he said that I owed $99 for the trip charge & $350 for the repair. I was stunned & angry. I will not use this over priced and dishonest about pricing company again.

My HVAC specialist was Jessy. Jessy was very professional. He answered my questions. My maintenance appointment was the best I've had in five years! My service was provided by R.S. Andrews Electrical. The electricians were Robert Weatherford and Nathan Bennett. I had a number of jobs, including replacing outlets, replacing fixtures, fixing basem*nt lighting that was not working, etc. Robert and Nathan did a great job on what I hired them to do, but it is what they did that was not included in the job that I'm so impressed with. While working on my site, they smelled what they thought was a gas leak. They told me to call GA Natural Gas asap. I did. The GNG representative came within 15 minutes and I had 3 gas leaks that he repaired immediately. I highly recommend R.S. Andrews and especially, Robert and Nathan. Great company.

Mr. Daniel De Los Reyes is actually doing extensive plumbing work in my crawl space. He’s replacing much needed pipes. He is so Informative. We used RS Andrews to check out our flaky 10 year old Navien tankless water heater. Kyle is fantastic! Responsive, professional, knowledgable, he showed me everything he was doing and why, and gave me a list of options without pressuring me into any particular decision. Today, was my first time using RS Andrews Plumbing and I’m thoroughly impressed! Ezekiel was my service technician. He is an efficient, proficient and skilled service technician! He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the work necessary, to resolve my plumbing issue. He arrived early (a huge plus for me)! He replaced a thermal expansion tank (on top of the hot water heater) in a timely manner and ran the necessary test/checks to ensure the hot water worked properly. Jonte was excellent. I was happy that I didn’t have to offer him shoe covers because he came with his own & he took them off each time he went outside & put them back on when he re-entered my home. I appreciate the respect he showed me & my home. I always have to tell contractors the shoe covers are pointless if they go outside with them on & re-enter. He also took the time to explain to me the problem & informed me about the report he wrote up with the corrective measures he took. He cleaned up very well behind himself & was truly very respectful & professional.

We’ve used RS Andrews for several years now and have always been satisfied! And we’ve used them for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical, so I feel confident speaking on behalf of each service type. Every technician we’ve gotten seems trustworthy and always does a good job. This time Paul came out to fix a plumbing issue with our master bathtub, and he did an excellent job. I needed my gas line adjusted for my stove which I needed done since I moved into my house. I finally called someone and it was RS Andrews. They came by, gave me a fair price and the tech was able to perform the service right away. Great service.

These are the guys to call if you want to replace your dusty 4yr old $1500 unit with a new $600 Walmart piece, installed for $4000. Why bother cleaning? It'll just break again!

I called and scheduled an appointment.The technician assessed the problem with my water heater. He and another technician arrived the next evening and installed the water heater. I was completely satisfied with them and appreciated the ASAP response regarding my problem.

Very happy with the plumber, very nice guy. From the first call you are greeted so kindly, the schedule service is phenomenal very organized. I am very happy with the service. If you need an automatic shut off valve this is the place to go.

Showed up on time, explained everything he was doing. Gave me the price before he started working with all the different options. Worked fast and efficiently and finished in a timely fashion. AC is working properly.

We've been using RS Andrews for about a decade and after patches and band aids and refills and surprise sweaty summer nights it finally came time to bit the bullet and replace everything. The salesman offered a few options and after going back and forth we found an option that hadn't been considered before - one that saved money and checked all the boxes that I really cared about. Once we decided everything moved crazy fast. The double crew was out in just a couple days and had everything removed, replaced, reprogrammed and working well in a single day. Joe came out the next week and did a QC check on everything. The new systems are unbelievably quiet. At 100% speed (everything is VFD) the condenser/compressor units are still quiet enough that you can have a normal conversation over them and they are inaudible inside the house. The thermostats (little iPads, basically) talk to the units and to each other and to the web for weather and will auto-report problems to RSAndrews. Everything's working great so far and if it happens to break, RSAndrews's warranty is second to none.

The RS Andrews crew arrived on time and cleaned our ducts as we agreed. They were professional and very responsive to any of our questions. They were careful to protect our floors and furniture and did a thorough job and showed us before and after photos of their work. They cleaned their work area up after they were done. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone needing a thorough duct cleaning.

My house HVAC was installed by this company. they had the air filter compartment positioned right behind a column of the house. It is now nearly impossible to change air filters!!!!!

Sean has serviced our HVAC system several times and has always provided the utmost in customer service to us. Chris Melton was a sales person for the minute he arrived trying to sell me all new systems from the get go even though my ac systems are 5 and 7 years old he asked if I was getting a tax refund or end if year bonus. He racked up a 4700 bill. I felt as if he was on commission

The customer service is excellent and the plumbers are very nice and good at their jobs but woo boy are you going to pay for it.This is what we paid $550 for: replacing a valve that we didn't even buy from RS Andrews. Somehow 45 minutes of labor amounted to $450. The first $100 was a trip fee.We learned our lesson. Nice people but will not be doing business with again. If you don't care about money and just want something done quickly, by all means. Otherwise, beware.

I called/emailed several hvac services Saturday when my air wasn’t blowing cold. RS was the only one who actually even answered! The person on the phone was kind and scheduled me within a few days for service. I was sent texts and emails with updates and even a photo of Ivan, the tech who would show up. Ivan showed up timely, was very sweet and knowledgeable, made excellent recommendations, and fixed the issue quickly. He even offered to show me how to work the nest units in my home so I would like them better. Overall, this was a great experience. I appreciate the professionalism, honesty, timeliness, and care the company and its workers exhibit.

Technicians arrived later than expected (traffic) but stayed late to insure that all work was completed successfully. They worked with the roofing crew to get things done quickly so the roofers could leave. All 3 RS Andrews technicians that I have encountered have been very professional and friendly. Had RS Andrews come out and finish a plumbing job that the previous plumber did not complete. They were very professional, on time, explained everything and then cleaned up when finished. They took the time to correct some mistakes from the work that was done prior at no charge. They wanted to make sure that when they left the job was done right and that I would not have any issues in the future. They were very reasonable and I would definitely use them in the future again and I would recommend to anyone.

He fixed the flap on one toilet bowl. Kyle and his son cleaned my slow draining bathroom sink and tub. I was surprised at the amount of gunk that was in the drain. They were very nice. Found R.S. Andrews via TrustDALE, they came out on 10/5/2022 to fix some plumbing issues; kitchen sink leak, 2 bathroom leaks. When time to finalize the work order, the technician couldn't put the original shower head back on which wasn't an issue prior to them coming out. I had to purchase another shower steam/head in which they came back to replace; complimentary.The weekend of 11/10, I noticed my kitchen sink leaking once again. A message was left for R.S. Andrews on 11/13 to inform them of the issue. Reached back out to them on 11/14/2022 for them to tell me I'm now past the 30 day warranty. They see where the technician did some work on my kitchen sink so they will send another technician and only waive the 99.00 dollar service charge if the issue is the same as was previously repaired. If not, I will need to pay the $99.00 fee. When he left there wasn't a leak now 2 weeks over the 30 day period, I have another leak that I may have to pay for. I just paid them over 2K for their service. Why did the technician not check all components of the kitchen sink to ensure no other issues may arise; i.e. customer I see a faulty drain, etc to inform the customer to annotate the account that the customer was informed and /or refused service(s).The actions and lack of compassion for the customer is unbelievable. I trusted going through TrustDale for qualified services and this is what I get. It seems like a scam to me to extort additional money from individuals. I am not a plumber so how would I know if the issue is the same or not.HORRIBLE to say the least if this is how R.S. Andrews treat their customers.

These guys completely replaced 2 full systems (compressor, coils, furnace) replaced all ductwork, rebuilt plenums, and added a supply duct/vent upstairs. It was a full house overhaul. I got several quotes from companies that just wanted to sell me new units, however R.S. Andrews spent hours checking the entire house - supply and return locations, ductwork, windows, thermostat locations, basem*nt humidity levels, etc. They spent time asking me questions about which rooms got hot, where the sun hit at certain times of day, what my future plans for the house were, etc. Then they quoted me a solution and selected units that would accommodate my needs…not just the most expensive ones. As one can imagine, it was a huge ordeal - but these guys worked fast and finished all of it in two days! They kept me in the loop the whole time, and when finished, they walked me through everything they did and explained how to use the new thermostats. Also, they completely cleaned-up after themselves. My only small complain is that they punctured and tore the new basem*nt vapor barrier I had just done throughout the crawl space. Very happy with R.S. Andrews and would highly recommend!

RS Adrews relaced our old leaking water heater. I am very happy with their overall work quality and customer service.

I have used RS Andrews in the past and although they are typically the highest price, I have been impressed with the quality of their work and things they typically catch that a local plumber will not. Unfortunately, my most recent experience will cause them to lose a customer as I will never use them again.I was between a rock and a hard place as I identified that I had an underground leak in the water line and had a non-stop water meter for several months.The good: Jaime, who was my tech, heard a leak in the wall as did the water detection company and was able to replace a small portion of pipe. Jaime also noted that certain other parts were old an likely had failed such as my pressure reducing valve and expansion tank. Another local plumber did not notice any of those things. Jaime stayed until late in the night an made repairs and said that was the issue, the water meter has stopped. I was pretty excited as I thought the whole line would need to be replaced. I sent Jaime home to his family and said I would refill the hole an cover back up the pipe. The work that he did complete was high quality.The bad: RS Andrews up charges its parts to almost a criminal level. For a $75 expansion tank which is a fairly simple install, I was charged over $860. For the new pressure valve and approximately 2 feet of PEX pipe install, the charge was $2200. Lastly, as life tends to hit you in waves sometimes, I had another pipe burst the night before. That 6 inch fix ran over $529.00. I knew it was a lot but it was late and I wanted my water bill to return to normal so I gladly paid it.The next day I reach out to my water company to try and get a credit and they tell me my water meter is still running 24/7. There is no way Jaime could have missed that, so he clearly told a fib so he could get home. I called back as I would now need to replace the entire line. Jaime had already given me a general price (of course on the high end), sent pictures to someone else and said emphatically, the job could be done by boring a hole without disturbing the concrete driveway. When I spoke with him this morning he backtracked or contradicted himself on everything he said.I don't care if people mess up, it happens. Just don't compound the problem with lies. Now I am out $3600 and although I have some needed new parts, I could have done some of it myself for a fraction of the cost and am left with my original problem.You got me RS Andrews .....but never again!

My sump pump in my basem*nt blew causing a sewage leak. It looked like just water to me at first but smelled a little rank. Bill Naley was the one that told me it was my sump pump that blew. Him and his son worked hard to order and install(all in a few hours) a new sump pump. They even referred me to a great restoration team to help with whatever damage that may be under the floors of my basem*nt. They didn't complain and worked fast as well as efficient! It was pricey but I know that depends on the job. A nice sump pump that lasts a long time cost a little and it was quite a job to put it in. So when I say pricey I don't mean they overcharged, it was just a hefty job. I believe it was a fair pricing. Now I just hope the restoration won't be too much. I'm more than happy with R.S. Andrews. My leak dried because I didn't use the downstairs bathroom and used old blankets to dry it up. So it wasn't an emergency but they were able to come out the day after I called with is pretty quick. I would definitely hire them again if need be but I hope I don't have to lol. Update: A day later I had issues with flooding again. It was at night. The weekend crew can be quite busy, so I couldn't get anyone until Sunday. Kyle came out. I told him how the sump pump was just replaced. He troubleshooted the issue and was able to get it working within a matter of minutes. He said it was a fluke thing but tested it and...no leak. He was very polite. I didn't have to explain and because they just did the same service, they didn't even mention charging me. Very professional 👏 👌

My first time using RS Andrews and overall was very pleased. We have had an ongoing pressure issue and Pau was able to diagnose that a missing pressure valve and a separated pipe at the front of our driveway that we would’ve never known about. He explained everything in detailed and finished the job in a few hours. After several years we can run all the bathrooms faucets at the same time! I will definitely use them again and refer to my own clients .

The plumbing came out perfect and the plumber performed exactly what he said replacing the gas hot water heater and replacing some of the lines to clean up the appearance. We did not get an itemized bill, just a firm price quote. In my case I told the plumber I wanted to keep all the old material including the hot water heater and associated metal. The firm price included the removal of the old tank, but when I kept everything, this cost was not adjusted which I felt was a poor business practice. The plumbing outcome was excellent and watching the tech work gave me confidence he had the right skills.

Everyone was nice and friendly. They were professional and they did a good job. I gave them three stars because they were VERY expensive in my opinion. It was during normal business hours and like I said they did a good job but you have to pay them $100 just to come out and by that time you are out of time and money to get the sewer line cleared. In the past I had the line cleared for $200 and they charged $789. The first company was so busy they couldn't get to it in a timely manner so I tried RS Andrews. If money is no object I would recommend them.

Our service technician was Pierre Domercant and he was excellent. Very professional and punctual and honest. He didn't just agree to everything we thought was a problem, instead he checked what we wanted and then took the time to teach us a bit about circuits and loads so we could make better decisions about our needs. He replaced a blown GFI outlet and will return next month to install an electric car charger in our carport. I am very happy with the service from RS Andrews and highly recommend them based on this experience.

I had an emergency leak in a pipe above my water heater. My regular HVAC/plumber was unable to get service for me until next week, but RS Andrews scheduled Bill and his son Jarrett first thing Saturday morning. Bill quickly diagnosed a multiple problems: including a bad valve and pressure regulator. He fully described the repair option and a complete replacement option, and I decided to replace. The two guys who came to clean our ductwork were professional, thorough, friendly, considerate of our property, and provided an excellent overall experience. I was nervous about this type of service since it is one that scammers use to take advantage of homeowners. RS Andrews put my concerns to rest with this crew. One team member's name was Hunter but unfortunately I cannot recall the name of the other gentleman. Both were stellar employee representatives and I will recommend RS Andrews and specifically, Hunter and his teammate, for any ductwork cleaning.

Michael was the third person to come to my house since Christmas. When we were experiencing single digits in temperatures. He was able diagnosed the problem with my telling him how and when furnace stopped working.

It was extremely easy to schedule inspection of my attic and the services related to adding additional insulation. The tech called me prior to his arrival and arrived timely. Upon arrival the process was explained again and upon completion I was shown the before and after pictures.

R.S Andrews provided excellent service. I was at work and my sister called to say there was a constant steady mist coming down from the ceiling in my garage and that it was enough to make the floor wet. Worried it could be something with the pipe, I called around for service, no one had availability until 3 or 4 days except R.S. Andrews, they scheduled service for the next day. 2 hours before their scheduled time of arrival my sister called to say water was now shooting from the water heater. Before I could call the plumbing service, my sister called back to say they had arrived. Cody Melon was professional, immediately shut the water down to the house and determined the problem was the water heater and the regulator. He had the problem resolved and the new water heater and regulator in by that night. We were only without water for 4 hours. The reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 star was because of price. The total cost for water heater and regulator was $2300. Not knowing how serious the problem was and the speed of service and not knowing the cost of these things made it worth it for me, but if you have time to shop around and price I've been told it should have been half that price.

The technicians are always thorough and just get after the task at hand.

We used RS Andrews to replace a broken water heater with a tankless water heater. Rich was incredibly thorough and explained all the piping and ventilation needed for the change of equipment. The cost was clear and the technicians were professional and timely.

I've had many experiences with HVAC professionals in my life, but John Strickland (who came to our house) was hands down the best we've experienced. He clearly knew what he was talking about and went above and beyond to be patient with us, to point out and explain things and provide great advice about our ductwork and furnaces as well as help us with ideas on how to resolve some small things that didn't specifically require a formal repair. Our experience with him really gave us a great feeling of trust in his company. So many companies jump at the chance to upcharge their clients with costly and unnecessary repairs but that wasn't at all what happened here. Jonte, was a profesional and got right to work and even found an issue we didnt realize was wrong. He made many helpful sugestions.

They installed my old system which had a 14 yr warrany. It finally died after 28 years. They originally gave me a high rech, fully featured smart thermostat which was much smarter than I am. The technician replaced it with a simple model that is much easier to use and now our home can actually be the temperature we want, which is really all I need a thermostat to do.

The technician Ben came early within the scheduled time frame. He was very friendly, professional, and very quick. He got the job done and went on his way.

I came home to find that my home was colder than normal. I turned up the thermostat and nothing happened. As the hour got later, the temperature began to drop. My problem was complex. My bathroom light did not work. Due to remodeling that side of our house, it was challenging to find a solution. They sent out Charles, who was very professional and upfront, and explained my plumbing issue and the potential solution. He talked to with other professionals and saved me a potentially huge bill. At first they thought my gurgling sink and toilet was a blockage issue (meaning move the toilet and snaking), but they talked and thought it was a sewer vent or sure vent under the sink. They replaced the vent and it solved my issue. Jason at RS Andrews was super knowledgeable about water heaters. Left us with a few options and next steps. Very easy to talk to. This is the 2nd time I've worked with RS Andrews. The first was to add a gas line to the house. I plan on calling them for any systems-related work in the future.

I got them to install a brand new HVAC System around March. I’ve been calling the company to come out to look at it. Every two weeks or so because the AC keep shutting off. Now that it’s cold outside the unit is not heating my house. Called them for the issues twice now. And the problem is not fixed. For the amount of money I spent on a brand new system, you would think every would be working smoothly but. Nope, VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING AND UNSATISFIED!!!!!

Had a basem*nt kitchen sink pump replaced. The plumber was excellent and professional. I do think their prices are a bit high but didn't do a lot of shopping around.

Neil Johnson came to solve a leak under my sink. Turns out my water filtration had failed due to high water pressure. He was able to diagnose the problem and helped my find the resources and repairs I need to have restoration of the water damage and solve the problem. I appreciate his attention to detail and his workmanship.

He did a very good job. He was all business. He pulled all the panels off the units, checked all the different circuits, checked the external parts like the condesent units for operation, etc. The burners all showed a nice blue flame. The filters are doing their job and he said that unless you have construction or repairs that the vents will stay pretty clean except for normal dust etc. I told him we had had some electrical work done which needed drywall repairs afterward and the floors all sanded, etc but that we had the vents all cleaned out afterward. He said that they did a good job and everything looks good.

Rich came into repair what I thought was a pin hole leak in the first floor ceiling a quickly found the culprit up in a 2nd floor bathroom. Rerouted an aging feed line and quickly had us up an running. He made sure I understood what he found, what the options were and what he thought made the most sense. All for $400, a bargain.

RS Andrews repaired several broken water pipes and installed a new tankless water heater. They were responsive with good quality, on time, and didn't cut corners. I would use them again.

Desmond did an excellent job of accessing the issue with my A/C. In addition, he explained what needed to be replaced and why.

This was my first experience with Andrews. I had a chandelier dangling from the ceiling and was in a panic for electrical help. They sent an electrician out within an hour to remove it. Then I signed up for their duct cleaning service as well as my dryer duct. Had them here within three days. It took them 4 hours to finish the job and the guys were terrific. I will now continue to use Andrews for any future needs including hanging my new chandelier when it arrives. Cudos to Kyle the electrician and Albert and his partner the duct cleaners!

We had a clog in our main drain line. Ezequiel Soto was our tech. He was great -- crisis averted! While working on the clog, he noticed another piece of plumbing was leaking and was able to quickly repair that as well. Thank you Ezequiel!

Patrick, Obed, and the rest of the team have now done two projects at our house, and with each one we have left totally satisfied that the job was completed well

I had some issues with the heating portion of a newly installed (2020) carrier hvac system where the system cut the power to the thermostat. A total replacement of 5 different thermostats did not fix the problem. I contacted RSA about 4 weeks ago and after two unsuccessful visits by one of their technicians finally left a detailed voice mail for their QC guy. RSA was able to send a Carrier certified tech (Dylan J.P.). Dylan reviewed my service call history and had a good hunch about what was going on with my heater not the thermostat. Essentially the gas furnace was overheating and cutting power to the thermostat as a safety measure. Dylan did some gas pressure testing within the furnace and found two pressures to be out of spec. He made those adjustments, retested the system and ALL seems to be working beautifully/as designed since then. Of course we have not had any really cold temperatures to stress the system. But I think it's fixed. Great going Dylan and thank you RSA for having faith in me and for taking care of this issue under warranty. WAY TO GO DYLAN!!!!!!!!!!

My service person was Patrick Marshal and he worked on attic insulation. This probably the best service I have received from a company in a long time. I am hard to please because I want value for my money spent and Patrick was absolutely amazing, honest, and very knowledgeable.

I had a great experience with R.S. Andrews electrical service. The service technician that visited my house was very professional, neat, and very well organized. During his visit, he listened carefully to my request (installation of a new dedicated electrical 20 amp circuit for an indoor electric fireplace). The service technician also examined the load center in my garage and gave me some very helpful advice. I am very satisfied with experience I had working with R.S. Andrews electrical service. I had the unfortunate luck of having my ac unit stop working at the same time I had a bad underground leak in my yard but fortunately for me RS Andrews was the company used for both. Jason Jones did an EXCELLENT job of replacing an outdoor faucet at my house! He brought for me a choice of three faucets and I chose one. He had to cut open the wall inside of the garage to install the faucet. He measured and neatly cut open the wall. He vacuumed up the cuttings and installed an access door. He even caulked two previously cut areas on the outside siding. He then took the time to help me identify and label my water shutoffs. I thought must be very complicated but took him 15 min to replace it. Says this is the company rate. Our system broke on a very hot day and we easily scheduled an appointment for a tech to inspect our unit. Our tech gave a thorough and helpful report on the issues with our system, explained our options and the costs that could be associated with each. My hot water heater went out in the evening. I called R. S. Andrews. This is my first time dealing with them. Next day Todd arrived on time and was very professional. He replaced my hot water heater in less than two hours and did a great job. Mr. Spooney provided us with fantastic service. He arrived within his service window. I was super cranky because it was super hot being without air and as the afternoon waxed on I became worried we would not have our a/c fixed. I guess we werent the only people that needed service... As stated, he arrived within the service window. He fixed our problem promptly. I'm glad to have had him as a technician and I apologize to the dispatcher for having a sour attitude.

This leaves me no pleasure to leave a bad review, I really don't enjoy doing this but I feel like my hand was forced. If there were a way to leave 1/2 a star I would. I called RS Andrews to assess the leak on an outside pipe that was spraying water. The Pex line had a hole near the base of the concrete foundation and he was called to give an estimate. On 3/16, the technician came out and assessed the problem and suggested installing a new insulated line going to the water heater and plug the old Pex line. He performed the work, was about to leave when I asked him about the water pressure, so he checked and returned 2 minutes later and stated it was 70psi and said it was high for a residential area but left and did nothing further. On 3/20 our tenant called because there was water all over the family room floor, half bath floor, laundry room and garage floors and discovered water was coming from the water heater. I called the technician to come look at the water and he came out on 3/21. When the technician arrived, upon inspection he recommended a new water heater at the cost of $2450, $1700 for the water heater and $750 for labor. Based on the quality of work that was done, I lost all confidence in the technician. I had a feeling the water pressure was responsible for the burst water heater and decided to contact a master plumber with more experience to look further into the problem. On 3/23, the master plumber came out to replace and install the water heater and while there found several code violations and installation errors associated with the technician's work. The master plumber said the pressure was responsible for the burst water heater. He said the pressure was over 140psi, too much pressure going into the water heater.We've paid more money and wasted more time with this issue. There are big, blue, exposed, uninsulated and drooping pipes in the garage, the boiler drain is the wrong fitting and attached to the siding making it unstable. The hooks holding the pipes on the wall have come off and the pipes droop. We need to spend additional money to correct the plumbing install and will have to ultimately have the piping removed. We have water damage and had to remove drywall, baseboards shoe mold and linoleum. We were left with more problems as a result of this plumbing job. This has caused a MAJOR inconvenience.I asked the technician to check the water pressure. I'm not a plumber and should not have had to ask a plumber to do this. The technician wasn't going to check, he was getting ready to leave. He disappeared and returned 2 minutes later, which was not enough time to establish a stable and consistent pressure, saying it was 70psi and high for a residential area but did nothing about it and left. If he would've taken the extra time to stick around and monitor the pressure for longer than 2 minutes, he would've realized there was a problem and could've avoided the water heater bursting. The master plumber even said he should've waited at least 5-10 minutes to make sure the pressure was stabilized and suggested that 2 minutes is not nearly long enough. The master plumber we hired has been in the business for over 20 years and I wish we'd known about him prior to hiring RS Andrews.In closing, the company refuses to acknowledge the pressure was the root of the water heater burst and has only offered to refund $350 of the $750 cost of this disastrous plumbing install even though their website offers a 100% refund guarantee if the job is not perfect, which this job was far from. They also refuse to pay the water damage remediation costs and the costs associated with replacing the water heater. From a very disappointed customer.

David came in to replace a pressure regulator valve in the basem*nt. He arrived early and was very professional. Able to fully explain the work he was going to perform and the costs associated with it. Even provided advice for while the house water was turned off. Able to complete the whole job in about 45 minutes (which is wonderful!) and have the house back up and running. Very happy with the visit and the work performed and will definitely call RS Andrews again when I need work done.

What a difference! My hot water heater stopped heating. Another company barely looked at it for 10 seconds and quoted me a ridiculous price for replacement. Performed HVAC system maintenance and repair. Replaced evaporator coil. Although the job was eventually done, it was a bad experience. They replaced my neighbors coil without checking what address was written on the unit and then, after me having to tell the unhappy neighbor about the mess-up, they replaced the correct unit.Update July 2023:The replaced coil has developed a leak again. Less than three years since it was replaced.

RS Andrews and Albert were amazing. Unlike other duct cleaning providers I got quotes from, RS Andrews was very clear about what they would do and why. They gave me different service level options and were price competitive. Hunter and Chase showed up exactly on time and were extremely professional and helpful. Note: I won a tankless water heater and installation through Atlanta Gas Light; RS Andrews installed the unit using their commercial service team (not residential). 'Pros:-The installation was very attractive and they rerouted water and gas lines to make for a better installation. The plumber and helper were knowledgeable.Cons:-They indicated they would pull a permit and charged for a permit, but did not pull one.-The electrician was very disappointing, extremely dishonest, and unprofessional. He installed a 35 amp breaker for an existing 10 AWG line (rated for 30 amps, NEC 2017 Table 310.15(B)(16)) and installed a 15 amp receptacle. For a 15 amp receptacle the circuit (breaker) amperage cannot exceed 15 amps (NEC 2017, Table 201.21(B)(3). When I walked to the panel and looked for his replacement breaker after the whole job was completed, I noticed that I couldn’t read the amp rating on the breaker. He was supposed to replace a 240 V double pole breaker with a 120 V, 15 amp breaker and add in some cover plates. It took me a minute to figure out what happened, **he used a black marker to color out the amperage and breaker model number** purposely hiding that he broke electrical code multiple ways.-Electrician installed the GFCI on the ceiling which is against code – it must be “readily accessible” which according to the NEC means no ladder is required to reset. See NEC 2017, 210.8 and Article 100.-Electrician did not wire the heater to the condensate pump safety switch per manufacturer.-Electrician said it is code to put an extra duty cover inside garages, but the NEC only requires those in wet locations NEC 2017 406.9 (B) and Article 100.-Electrician reused existing 10/3 NM-B cable (from a 240 V install, now only requires 120 V) and just left the red wire uncapped in the panel.-Electrician also scribbled the location of the new breaker all over the panel instructions indicating which replacement breakers are allowed the panel when I had a separate sheet neatly made.-Electrician charged $350 dollars to screw in an electrical box, 15 amp GFCI, an unnecessary extra duty cover, and one incorrect breaker - literally 30 min of work and literally $60 of material.-The plumber did not slope the exhaust ¼” per foot towards the unit (per manf manual pg 27).-I asked them about changing out a saddle valve (for the icemaker) that was very close to exhaust line and they quoted me $380 – that is ridiculous. I literally asked them to change it to a tee and ball valve – maybe they would have added some elbows, pipe, and supports. That is like $300/hr for labor.-Plumber purposely the placed exhaust line so close to the saddle valve that an autocutter can barely fit in except by forcing both pipes apart. This is frustrating because I specifically asked him about replacing the saddle valve before the vent was ran, but I said no due to price. Yes, the pipe can be cut in different places, etc, but it would have been nice if he left more space for the future when I replace it.-They charged $75 for a half sheet of plywood, when I have multiple pieces sitting in my garage.-They charged $150 for 35-40 ft of PVC (they probably used 25 ft plus fittings, so the length estimate is fair) which is $22/10 ft at home depot right now (so ~$95 for me to buy with tax).When I asked the plumber about the electricians work (since I didn't notice until the end of the day), he just replied he's not an electrician and that I need to call corporate.I had to give 1 star due to the electrician. The plumber I would give ~ 4 stars for the work, but including the total price estimated based on the saddle valve I would have to give 3 stars.Neither Pro nor Con:-When I inquired about the reliability of ProPress fittings vs solder, they did not ask if I would prefer if they soldered the connections.-Not sure about the code on this: Electrician left the existing NM-B (romex) with its NM sheath inside MC sheath. I believe this violates code and should have been replaced.

We had RS Andrews come out to replace our garbage disposal after our previous one leaked. The technician explained to me that the work would be $350 but did not mention that the service fee of $99 wouldn’t be applied to this (not sure who would use a company that doesn’t apply the service fee to the work you have them do). We got charged $449 instead of the quoted $350. Good work by the technician but a rip-off

We had RS Andrews install a new water heater October 2021. A month later there was an obstruction in the hot water tap of our kitchen sink. We had never had this problem until AFTER the new water heater was installed. We paid $569 for a service tech to try to find the obstruction problem but never did. WE found the problem under our sink and fixed ourselves.A year later we hired another plumber from RS Andrews to replace 3 seals for all 3 of our toilets. We were charged $850 for 3 seals for 3 toilets! We usually like to do basic stuff like this ourselves and believe me we will try again after spending THAT much money for someone that was not even in our house for an hour!This place is a rip for plumbing. Maybe not for their AC and electrical but we will never use them again for any service because of being way overcharged for toilet seals and installation! I do NOT recommmend this money hungry company that has no problem ripping people off. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the plumber that originally installed our new water heater in October 2021 was courteous and fair and did NOT overcharge.

Tim told me the exact part needed to repair the system and the steps of installing the new part and what should be done to minimize future issues. Your experience with RS Andrews will greatly differ based on the technician assigned to your home, but if you get Josh Smith - you'll be very satisfied. We've had several issues with a leaking evaporator coil, and tech's replacing the wrong one (upstairs unit vs downstairs) - but Josh was the one to finally properly investigate and fix the problem. James and his partner, Dillon explained the plan to find the leak source and what may be further options. The leak was found right away and the service was done in a timely manner. Update - just received my annual check up for my heating system. The technician was thorough, timely and personable. No complaints!RS Andrews installed a new heating and a/c system. The technicians adhered to COVID safety protocol. They were friendly and informative. They worked efficiently and the work was completed per their estimated time frame. They made sure that I was trained on the usage of my new equipment! There was nothing for me to clean up or dispose of when they were done. Nothing to do but enjoy my new system!

Cannot say enough good things about RS Andrews. I submitted an online enquiry with them at 11pm one night after a no-show (no call either) from another company. I decided my business was worth better. At 7.30am the following day, RS Andrews called me back, set up an appointment for the same day. The technician was early (and let me now he was running early first!), he was polite, friendly, and repaired the issue. He also set up a cleaning that I requested based on my tricky schedule, which I had done only a couple of days later. The team that came were also friendly, efficient, and extremely respectful. My experience has shown me that RS Andrews definitely has people who care about their job and the people they have as clients. They truly make sure you are happy. I highly recommend this company.

Setting up the appointment was easy. I had a plumbing problem under the sink in a recently remodeled old kitchen. Rich very promptly gave me his initial assessment and said he’d need to give me 2 quotes dependent on his findings once he was able to scan inside the pipes.After his scan, he was able to determine that the amount of work was not as significant as he feared and his repair cost dropped even below his initial estimates. I was very impressed by his experience and his honesty. For reference, a different plumber from another company quoted 4 times what I ended up paying.

I had RS Andrews come over to complete an evaluation of my attic insulation. The tech arrived on time, after calling to give me a more accurate arrival time, and had his face covering on and completed the job in a very timely and professional manner. My insulation level was determined to be low and I have set an appointment with them to have this corrected.

upon hiring and seem like this was a good company. We spent over $16,000 on two new units with them. Within two days one of the units didn’t work. It had to be cleaned out because they did not clean out the drip line when they installed it. Less than a year later we also had a pump fail to the other unit in the basem*nt. They replaced the pump and less than a year later it failed again. Upon discovery of simply following the drip line we realized it was kinked. We’re now dealing with another unit that is freezing over. We’re talking about two new units that are failing multiple times. This time We put in two calls with no callback. Upon calling we indicated the issues calmly and requested a call back. Even requesting a manager. This is not a company I would recommendi. We’re fighting to simply get them to come and fix our equipment that we purchased . We’ve also recommended them to friends through our business. We’re getting the same customer service there as well. They need to be aware and that’s why I’m writing this review. I would never treat my customers this way!

Neil Johnson came to my home today to check several things going on with my plumbing. He explained the need for a new hot water heater and pressure valve. He provided a clear explanation and an accurate price. He was polite, professional, and truly excellent. He handled everything that was causing a problem and installed the water heater and valve. We’ve used RS Andrews for all of our HVAC needs for several years now and have been super happy with their service. They’re always professional, responsive, and do good work. We recently had a garbage disposal leaking and called them form this plumbing issue. Their technician Charles McQueen came and replaced with a new one, prompt, well done, and also courteous and professional. I would recommend RS Andrews to anyone in Atlanta.

We had a leak under our concrete slab, they were able to determine it was the hot water line, instead of going though the slab, they disconnected the line and rerouted through the walls and attic. Todd and Ben explained everything to us and kept us up to date as they were working on the reroute/repair. Taylor also stopped by to help them for a while and introduced himself. Very professional and would highly recommend them! UPDATE - since our home is 35 years old and the main water cut off valve was rarely used, the turning on and off for the repairs caused it to stark leaking, discovered this and contacted RS Andrews for another visit, Loren came on Sunday evening and replaced. He was very professional and did the replacement.

Our shower valve broke and we couldn't stop the water from flowing. We had to turn the water off to the house. Pau and his assistant from RS Andrews arrived right on time and were able to diagnose and fix the problem with parts they had on hand. They even replaced the main shut off valve to the house at my request during the same appointment.

I never used them. I called around to quite a number of plumbers Christmas weekend when temperatures plummeted and my pipes froze at my well house. While I understand the need at that time and how extremely busy they were, they never contacted me.

Mr. David Rosati was very professional and definitely knows his job. We have multiple units and he gave us maintenance care tips to do monthly. I love how environmentally conscious he is. I had an electrical shortage happening in my garage. The service man came on time, assessed the situation, explained the situation, and what needed to happen to make everything right. Set an appointment for today about six weeks ago. Received an email and text the Friday before my scheduled Monday appointment. Nice reminder heads up.The morning of the appointment I received a text and voicemail that my technician, Ivan, was on his way. Ivan performed service on my three AC systems. Ivan outlined what he would be doing today and offered tips to get the best out of my systems and recommended potential added service in the future as my AC system ages. We had an excellent experience with RS Andrews. We needed a full system replacement, which was done in one day! The sales rep David was very knowledgeable about the options we had, and I was very impressed with his honesty, follow through and overall interest in our project. We ordered the mid-tier system, and later found out that availability was short- so they gave us a free upgrade to the top tier system at no extra charge! They made sure we had heat on one of the coldest weeks of the year, and the crew stayed late until everything was working. Great work all around and we will look forward to their Included service- we did not have to pay an extra charge for maintenance- it is included which other companies charged a monthly fee for.

I had a leak in my kitchen wall and called RS Andrew. Jonathan Chapman is the technician who helped me fixed it. He is very professional and knowledgeable. and most importantly very responsible for the work he did and actually he can do a easy fix but in order to avoid any leak in the future he did a complicate way without charing me more. He did a really good job and was very patient and gave me honest recommendation . Paul Creel helped me fixed the water valve leak before and he is also very nice and professional. That is one impressive operation! I have never been more impressed by an outstanding service professionally delivered. We thought we had our ducts cleaned 8 years ago - it was NOTHING like this experience. They arrived on time at 8 am and worked for 9 hours fixing problems they found and took care to make sure everything worked correctly they worked on each of our three systems and were incredibly diligent. The tech arrived st 8 pm . They charge a 199.00 fee. He really didn't listen to my issue but immediately went to the furnace and started taking it apart. After watching him stare at wires fioe 30 minutes I asked if maybe it could be the thermostat. He told me probably not. After an hour he checked the thermostat and said it was bad then proceeded to offer me a thermostat for 400 and one for 600. I declined and told him to out everything back. While Bruno was very pleasant and professional he did not appear to be well trained . Didnt follow and trouble shooting methods . On Sunday I went to hone depot and purchased the same thermostat he offered for 69.00. Pretty sure I won't use RSAndrews again .I was contacted on Monday by a supervisor who apologized for the bad service. He refunded my service fee. This alone shows me the company cares about what service they provide. I would probably give them a second chance if the need arose.

Jason was knowledgeable concerning a leak that I had under my slab. Once I call a leak detection company to come out and detect where the actual leak is I will be calling R. S. Andrews and requesting Jason as the master plumber to complete the job!4/13/23 This is a follow up to the leak listed above. As stated above Jason came to do the work as requested. The leak under the slab was repaired and the cement was poured to close the hole created to gain access. Jason works neatly and cleaned as he worked. He swept the floor & made sure the area was clean when he left. I am THOROUGHLY satisfied with the work that was done!! R.S. ANDREWS HIRED A DIAMOND (Jason)!!! PLEASE give that man a raise!!

Technician Mauriqueo 'Mauri' Brassell was very thorough and knowledgeable. The tune up/maintenance inspection included thermostat, heating/air unit, filter, and outside unit/cleaning. Mauri also answered my concerns about future scheduling recommendations and listed a quote for duct cleaning.

I’m not sure how this company has such good reviews. We had a technician come out (for a $99 fee) to tell us someone else needed to come out to quote us for a small repair. He was knowledgeable and friendly but didn’t give us any answers.For context, our system is older but is working fine. We’re being proactive about an issue we found on a recent home inspection with air leaking into the crawlspace.After multiple hours, they kept pushing for us to replace our entire system and quoted us for that. We were promised a quote for a repair but never received it, so now we’re having to get another company out for the same information. The consultant who came out even told us they “try not to do small repairs” because it doesn’t make them enough money.

Bill and Jared did an awesome job on finding our plumbing problems this morning. They always arrive on schedule- or sooner if possible, and keep us posted on arrival times. Super frustrated with my first [and only] experience with RS Andrews. I booked a diagnostic assessment 7-10 days in advance. Upon the service date, the window of 3:00-6:00 was provided. I don't head a word from this company and at 5:50 I call them asking where the tech was. Turns out they weren't going to make it out until 8:00 - on a Friday - night to diagnose. Unacceptable. No text, no call, no notice of schedule change or delay. I call them back that night; everyone's gone and I'm waiting on hold for 20 minutes before giving up. Call them the next day, ask to be rescheduled and the diagnostic fee waived. The scheduler says they'd need to seek approval from management and they'd call me back. They never called me back. I call today (Monday) and they said the soonest available HVAC tech would be out in 30-days.Absolutely horrendous CX.Ended up scheduling with their biggest competitor and I encourage you to do the same.

The technician came out and access the issue in a timely fashion as well as called to explain in layman's terms what the problem was. We will definitely call on R.S.Andrews in the future.

The sales representative was unprofessional and sent a demeaning text message when I decided not to sign a contract. To receive a fish deal, I was required to pay approximately $1800 for an extended 10-year warranty, $1500 for a UV light and carbon filter, and other misc items. When an RS Andrews technician installed my water heater a few years ago, he deserved 5 stars. To be fair, customer service was excellent in the past. 😑

When the technician originally came out to give an estimate for installing a 14-50 outlet so that I can charge my Tesla in my driveway, he said the mobile connector only needed a 50 amp, but he would instead install a 60 amp just in case I decided to get the faster charger (Wall Connector) installed at a later time. The wall connector requires a 60 amp. Today, he came to install my outlet, I reminded him of placing the 60 amp, he said he was putting in the 50 amp however if I need the 60 amp in the future he would install it at no charge. When the service was finished and I paid, he informed me that he would send me a receipt via email and would detail the work done before he left my driveway. I then reminded him of the 60 amp install for no charge in the future if needed as he previously mentioned. He said he would add it. I receive the receipt about 10 minutes later and he added that if needed a 60 amp in the future it would be $300+ dollars (I can’t remember the exact amount). Terrible service. I’m highly disappointed when I thought this technician was doing a great job and showing pride for the company. Now I’m thinking otherwise of the company he represents…

Used them to install two new timer bathroom exhaust fan switches and four ceiling lights. This is the second time Sam was the electrician. Like before he’s very professional, informative and knowledgeable. Very pleased with the work and have added RS Andrews to my contacts for future electrical issues. I have never used this service. Their quality may be phenomenal. However, I will never use this company as I watched a driver representing this company not pull over for emergency vehicles on 2 occasions. I hope that this employee is never in need of emergency care or if they are, those on the road at the time do not show the same disregard that this employee shows.**This is not in direct regard to the company’s actions, however their employee was representing them in one of their trucks with their name and information plastered all over it. Hoping the company will make strides to remind their employees to pull to the right for sirens and lights and that their actions represent the company as a whole.**

OMG we had a late-day catastrophic failure of our sewage extraction pump for our basem*nt bathroom and they were able to send someone out that evening for an emergency visit! Wespal diagnosed the problem and turned off the pump so we can use the bathrooms in the rest of the house - will be coming back with replacement parts tomorrow. Can’t believe how fast they were able to help us. So impressed and grateful!!!

RS Andrews technicians always are friendly and on time. They explain as best they can to this non technical guy. I think the price is comparable to other services. I haven't really compared lately because I'm satisfied with the service they provide and would rather know I'm getting quality and customer service, than search around and forfeit those for a couple of dollars.

I normally do not do reviews but this is definitely an exception because all the hard work that DJ did for us at our apt. community the past couple of days most certainly needs to be recognized. DJ went above and beyond on locating a couple of leaks in 2 occupied units and repaired them quickly and professionally. While he was finishing up on the 2nd unit for the day we had 2 main water shut offs break. Thank God DJ was still on site. I told him what happened and he immediately responded without hesitation, He determined what the fix would be, gave me quote, we got it approved and he got a crew out within a matter of minutes and had the issue resolved soon after. With it being a Friday and late in the afternoon we were afraid our residents would be without water for a long period of time but DJ and his awesome crew saved the day!! I highly recommend this company should you ever unfortunately have to experience these kind of issues. RS Andrews installed a tankless water heater for me back in July of 2022. Recently, I noticed water coming from the pressure relief pipe and gave them a call. At first, I thought Ezekiel would be coming out that Saturday night but found out after the fact that he had sent it for scheduling for the next day. On Sunday, Johnathan came out, saw that the PRV was bad but advised he did not have the part on his van. He did say that someone would be out the next day and not only take care of the problem but would set expectations and resolve the issue. Figure the odds Johanathan would be the guy. He not only resolved the issue but also had a new technician come out and learn. He also gave me great suggestions on some of my plumbing to help avoid further issues. Johnathan is definitely the guy I want working on such a critical part of my household.
