Pasta Roma is looking to hire a Restaurant Floor Manager. Under the supervision of the Owner/President, the Manager is responsible for ensuring efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintains high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
The manager will oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.
Responsibilities
- Oversees all aspects of restaurant service operations.
- Be knowledgeable of restaurant policies regarding personnel and administer prompt, fair, and consistent corrective action.
- Achieves restaurant operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
- Preparing and completing action plans.
- Implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
- Resolving problems.
- Completing audits.
- Identifying trends.
- Determining system improvements.
- Implementing change.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
- Performs job-related duties as required by Owner(s).
Requirements
- Knowledge of principles of supervision and management.
- Knowledge of Good Human Resource practices.
- Knowledge of Effective communication techniques.
Experience & Education
- Combination equivalent to experience and education that could likely provide the required knowledge, skill, and ability is qualifying.
- A typical way to obtain the knowledge, skills, and abilities would be any combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating the ability to match the essential responsibilities of the position.

- This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling and stooping all day.
